Kitchen/work area is finished, pending approval by the Inspector General (bottom center of photo.) We only need to add a simple shelving system to hold computer equipment and a few books.
The aluminum threshold at the end of the kitchen counter unit allows the wiring to be run from the opposite side of the bus.

We also installed a shower curtain, and two privacy curtains, fore and aft of the shower. Hook them to the opposite walls and you have a cozy, private changing/drying off area.

Our internet service is provided through HughesNet hardware, adapted for a mobile lifestyle using a tripod and an adjustable mounting base. My web page request (for example) travels 23,000 miles to a satellite in geosynchronous orbit...and is then relayed another 23k miles to the main HughesNet operations center where it is finally routed to its intended destination. Then the web page (or whatever) that I requested comes back via the same path. Neat-o!

The filtered water test results show an arsenic content of less than 5 ppb...and it tastes great too!

Exceltech pure sine wave inverter (black box @ bottom)
Xantrex DC Load controller (white box above inverter)
Trimetric 2020 system monitor (above load controller)

Also visible are the common negative buss (above Trimetric) and power distribution point (to the right of Trimetric).

One the wall to the left, at the bottom is the backside of the DC fuse/switch panel. Way above that is the rear of one of the Polk Momo MMC460 speakers.

The results of the "before" test...well above the EPA drinking water standard for arsenic of 10 ppb (parts per billion.)

Our site allows for plenty of solar exposure, yet gives us some shade and privacy courtesy of low pine trees.
