We finished the paneling and began the process of applying our finish coat -- shellac. (Learn about shellac here.) We used Zinsser Bullseye Sealcoat.

The first step before applying the shellac is to sand all surfaces (paneling and trim) & wipe with mineral spirits on a cotton rag.
