Today I attached the four solar panels to the roof deck.
The panel models we have are Kyocera KC-120s. They are just over 2' x 4' in size, and weigh about 25 lbs each. We'll attach them using a simple combination of aluminum angle stock.
The back of two of the panels with angle aluminum attached along the short sides. 1/4" stainless hardware is used for these attachments.
The black "j-boxes" are where the positive and negative wires are attached. I'll arrange the panels so that all of the J-boxes are close together.
Another section of aluminum angle is then attached, creating an "S" (or "Z", depending...) shape. Here we used 3/8" stainless nuts and bolts.
The racks are then through-bolted to the deck using 3/8" stainless nuts and bolts.
At some point I'll make the rack tiltable for maximizing winter sun exposure. Forunately, here in Arizona, we can have them flat during winter and still have enough juice to meet our estimated needs.
EDIT: We later decided to tilt the panels during winter. See the Addenda section.

The big picture. :-)
Yes, that is primer on the back portion of the bus...which means the Big Yella Monster will soon be a different color.
